HWW reserves the right to change shipping carriers as long as it does not cost our customers more than is quoted to them. HWW also reserves the right to combine orders as long as it does not cost our customers more than is quoted. Motor freight quotes are only good for the 48 contiguous United States. All other quotes outside of area shipping by motor freight must be telephoned to our customer service department from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, Central US time. All motor freight shipments are priced delivered off of truck. Inside deliveries and liftgate services may incur additional charges to the customer.
Shipping and handling are estimated. We reserve the right to refuse shipping if the amount of shipping and handling at checkout will not cover our cost to ship the products selected.

Payment Terms
For customers with established credit, terms are net thirty (30) days from date of shipment. At Houston Wire Works, Inc. (all subsidiaries, and from hence on known as HWW's) option, export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and conditions. If credit is not established, please include payment with order or purchase through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Cash or anticipation discounts are not allowed. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. HWW shall have the right of set-off and deduction for any sums owed. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, HWW may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order. Product remains HWW's property until final payment is made.
Shipping Charges
Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping/handling fees will be charged for shipments to a customer's place of business anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Items backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, we will file claim with the carrier. If bill of lading is signed as damaged and is reported to us by the consignee within 7 days of shipment being received.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. HWW'S LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT SOLD THAT GIVES RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
Force Majeure
HWW shall not be liable for any delay in, or impairment of, performance resulting in whole or in part from acts of God, acts of war, acts of terrorism (whether actual or threatened), governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, epidemics, quarantines, labor disruptions, shortages, communication or power failures, fire, accident, explosion, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the reasonable control of HWW in the conduct of its business.
Cancellation / Return
Any cancellation or return by Customer must be approved by HWW, and is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges to/from HWW and other charges that may be incurred due to damage, repackaging etc.
Modification of Terms
HWW's acceptance of any order is subject to customer's assent to all of the terms and conditions set forth in HWW's acknowledgment and/or quote(s), and customer's assent to these terms and conditions shall be presumed from customer's receipt of HWW's acknowledgment and/or quote(s), or from customer's acceptance of all or any part of the goods or services ordered. No addition or modification of terms and conditions shall be binding upon HWW unless agreed to by HWW in writing. If a purchase order or other correspondence contains terms or conditions contrary to the terms and conditions contained in HWW's acknowledgment and/or quote(s), HWW's acceptance of any order shall not be construed as assent to any additional terms and conditions, nor will that constitute a waiver by HWW of any of the terms and conditions contained in HWW's acknowledgment and/or quote(s).
