If the water leak, what will we do ?
Tuesday, August 29, 2006, 02:35 PM
This could be due to the drain plug is loose, the bottle has pinhole in it, or sometimes when the customer places the bottle on the cooler, they plash water if it was an open bottle.

Failing that then the cooler has developed a leak on the inside and needs reparing.

If the cooler not working, how can we solve that problem ?

Ensure that the toogle power switch on the rear of the machine is on.
Check that the power cord is plugged in.

Check the front of the cooler as there are 2 LED lights, one for power and one for cooling. If the power light is on and the cooling light is off, it will mean either the fuse or power board is faulty or the chip has failed. (Depending on the customer they can replace the inline fuse which is black and is a 2 amp fuse. If it is the heating on a bench top then the fuse is a 5 amp fuse.)

If we have trouble with water flow, what will we do ?

After placing the bottle on the cooler allow 1-2 mins for the water to flow into cooler reservoir or until the air is no longer gurgling in bottle. Take 2-3 glasses of water and insure that the water in the bottle is gurgling. Turning the bottle clockwise and anti-clockwise will also help.

Ensure that the correct probe is fitted as there are two types of probes. One probe for piercing the cap and there is a probe designed for the resealable cap.

Could you give me some User Safety Instructions ?

* Always observe good practice when lifting, stacking and moving racks.

* Always ensure the equipment you are using for handling racks is suitable and in good repair.

* Only trained personnel should operate fork lift trucks.

* Only lift one transport rack at a time.
* Ensure racks are correctly positioned onto the lower racks when stacking.

* Do not drag racks across other racks when positioning or lifting.

* Ensure bottles are correctly located and cannot fall from the rack when lifting or moving.

* Loaded racks should not be stacked more than two high.

* Racks should only be lifted with an evenly distributed load. The forks
positioned at a span of approx. 75% of the rack width and an equal distance from each side.
